ROME 128Q-DD Switch Supports 128 Ports of 16 Fiber MPO Interface Non-Blocking

Fremont, California, June 3, 2020—Fiber Smart Networks, the global leader in physical layer automation, today expanded ROME family with 64Q-DD and 128Q-DD to support the wider parallel optical interface in the format of QSFP DD for 400G and 800G applications. ROME Q series includes the 64Q and 128Q platforms which are already in the market.

Highly cost effective and scalable, ROME platforms continue to respond to the evolution of the industry's optical transceiver interfaces while staying future proof with agnostic fiber to fiber connectivity.
